Jessica Cooke, owner of Primary Concepts, is a multi-talented artist and musician. Holding a BA in art and musical performance from the University of Redlands, Jessica has been tattooing for 9 years and is known for her graceful lines and amazing glowing color. Her tattoos are done gently and capably, but have staying power and vibrancy not often seen. Through community art and music shows at the shop Jessica seeks to spread art into all areas of life, and is dedicated to expanding and nurturing the arts wherever she goes.
